The Founder
Cookies were my first step into the world of baking. They are often called the simplest cake to start with, but to me, they are more than that : they are the beginning, the foundation, the place where I always choose to return. Even after trying other recipes, I find comfort in starting again with cookies. It doesn’t sound bad at all to go back to where you started — sometimes it’s exactly where you find your boldest ideas.
What excites me most is the thought of bringing cookies closer to Vietnamese people, while also bringing Vietnam into cookies. “Bánh Việt, hương vị Việt” — a bold idea that lights me up. Coconut, banana, mulberry, lotus seeds, green rice flakes… these flavors of my homeland spark endless possibilities. They make me feel alive, thrilled to create something unprecedented, something that belongs to us yet can be shared with the world.
That’s why I chose the name Little Crumbs. In internet slang, to “leave no crumbs” means you did so well that nothing is left — it was that good. That is exactly the energy I want my brand to carry. Vietnamese flavors have always been on top, always strong enough to leave no crumbs behind. And through my cookies, I hope to spread that same energy: bold, exciting, and worth savoring until the very last bite.
